Steph de Silva is the data scientist behind Rex Analytics. Steph holds a Ph.D. in Econometrics and is a former lecturer in the field at the University of Sydney she has also taught Economics, Statistics and Finance at Swinburne University’s online campus.
Steph has worked in analytic and statistical consulting roles for organisations including the National Parks and Wildlife Service, the Department of Communications and the Arts, industry and academic research groups, among others.
She spent four years consulting for the World Bank as part of the organisation’s Pacific education team. She worked on projects for countries such as Laos, Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Myanmar, Cambodia, Timor Leste and Vanuatu.
